In Vivo Research

An in vivo experiment was conducted using our bee venom. In this study, subcutaneous cancer was induced in mice, which were treated with a combination of bee venom, anti-PD-1, and epacadostat. Throughout the experiment, tumor size was measured using calipers to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. At the end of the study, splenocytes and tumor cells were isolated for further analysis. These cells were stained for various immune cell markers, allowing researchers to assess the immune response triggered by the treatment. This research underscores the potential of bee venom in cancer therapy and its role in enhancing immune modulation.
