Harvesting bee venom is a delicate process that doesn’t harm the bees. Beekeepers use a small electric device with a glass plate, which emits a mild current that encourages the bees to release their venom. The bees sting the glass, and the venom collects on the surface. Once the venom dries, it’s carefully scraped off and processed for use in various products. This method allows bees to continue their essential role in pollination while providing a valuable natural resource.
